Men had to stay outside the tent and Protect women, children, old from Animal attacks. Evolution made their muscle grow stronger as they needed muscles to hunt-n-feed, to protect, to build tents etc. etc. (and all this work, MEN DID NOT OPT FOR) Then once Humankind established it's supremacy amongst other living things, Men were FORCED to fight with other men to give them false sense of "supremacy".
