WILL AMIT's MURDER ALSO GO AS SUICIDE? Software Engineer Found Dead in Delhi Flat, Wife Critically Injured - NDTV   Amit Bachchan's family says its a Murder. A murder because, Amit's phone being used post his death time. Because Post Mortem report doesn't say clearly that it's a suicide. Because the cable used for hanging (or show hanging) snapped and fan is undamaged. Because the door or wife was bolted from inside while mother was bolted from outside. Because one kitchen door was open. Because the marriage was only 2 months old.   Such facts and Police says its a suicide. Why? Because: > There is no FIR required for Suicide case.
