WE DID IT!! SIF 2.0 Now, something about the Thought, the Actions, the Journey and the Result. THE THOUGHT : When, like any other movement, internal disagreements came up in name of Funded or Non-Funded models and benefits of the same, SIF Chapters came up with a Peace Process. Process was to Live and to Let Live. Now with expansions happening on each of ideologies, individual strengths were reduced and could have been viewed as a challenge but teams proved it otherwise yesterday. Probably an aligned team of 20 can do a MUCH better job than team of 100 with disagreements. Then a bigger challenge, the basic difference of opinion was about Funding.
