What this data means:
·        
After CrPC Amendment brought section 41A after
2010, where IPC 498A cases increased by 5.42%, Increase of arrests in IPC 498A
came down to 0.16% from 3.4% Increase of previous year. Means, though
arrests increase ratio came down 2200%, IPC 498A
filing ratio went up by 8%.
·        
CrPC 41A brought down the increase in Arrests
only for 1 year. Increase of Arrest Ratio was up 60
times next year.
·        
CrPC 41A also brought down the arrests per case
by around 5% but against increased by around 2% in subsequent years.
·        
The conviction rate is continuously falling (went down by about 6% in 5 years) while the cases
filed up (increased by over 32% in 5 years).

What this data means:
·        
After CrPC After CrPC Amendment brought section
41A after 2010, Male arrests increase ratio came
down ONLY for 1 year. After 2011 onwards, the increase in Male
Arrest went up by 7.5% and 16.5% in next 2 years,
showing non-implementation of CrPC 41.
·        
Though absolute arrests of Women remained almost
same across these 5 years, but immediately 1 year after CrPC 41A, the arrest of women increase by over 16%.
·        
Year on Year Male to Female arrests ratio has increased by OVER 14% showing alarming trend of
pushing the bread earners behind bars thus penalizing even the dependent family
members who are not arrested.
·        
On an average, for every
1 woman arrested, 3.6 men are arrested under draconian section IPC
498A.

What this data means: 
·        
Where Male Suicide in India has always been
increasing in absolute value year on year, just after CrPC 41A amendment in
2010, Husband suicide REDUCED by 1.6% after 2010
(only for 1 year), thus directly correlates the reduction of suicide of HUSBANS to ARRESTS under Gender
Biased Laws.
·        
2011 onwards, the moment Arrests u/s IPC 498A of Men increased by 7.5% (previous graph), the Suicide
of Husbands increases by 3% Y-O-Y and 4.6% cumulative.
·        
For every 100 female suicide in India,
Male suicide increased from 178.4 to 204.6 (increased 14.7%) in 5 years time.
·        
For every 100 wife suicide in India,
Husband suicide increased from 186 to 217.3 (increased 17%) in 5 years time.
·        
The wife suicide included alleged 304B cases
too.
·        
The Male suicide includes Farmer Suicide. TOTAL
suicide because of Poverty (reason which makes it called Farmer Suicide else,
other reasons, still make even a farmer, by profession, suicide as a Male
Suicide / Husband Suicide) is analysed in Graph 6.
·        
A Husband commits suicide in India every 8.2
minutes while a man (including husband) commits suicide every 5.8 minutes.
·        
Wife
suicide in India is LESS THAN HALF of Husband Suicides in 2013.
·        
Female
suicide in India is LESS THAN HALF of Male Suicides in 2013.

Family
problem is the biggest reason for Men / Husbands committing suicide for many many years.
·        
The Feminist Hoax of Husband
suicide as “Farmer Suicide” is a LIE. If all suicides based on Financial
Problem (basic eligibility of Farmer Suicide) are assumed to be Farmer Suicide,
in last 5 years, MAXIMUM 9,654 MALE suicide as against 3,09,519 & accounts
Maximum 3.12% ONLY thus proving the CLAIMS made by Feminists of India as FALSE.
·        
Where as
suicide of Men because of Financial reasons have come down by almost 23% after
CrPC 41 implementation, suicide because of Family Problems have increased by
6.5% thus showing the clear violation of CrPC 41 with false arrests.
